4οΈβ£ Your sign will be printed and shipped once you approve the emailed design. You can expect to receive it in 1β2 weeks. If you choose the emailed option, you'll be ready to download as soon as you're happy with the emailed proof.

πΈ SIZES vs NUMBER OF GUESTS

The size is really a matter of personal preference, and depends on whether you expect any couples to sign together (most common) or separately, whether you expect guests to include a message, as opposed to just a signature etc, but here are suggested sizes:
β€ 11β x 14β β for up to 50 signatures
β€ 16β x 20β β for between 50 and 100 signatures
β€ 18β x 24β β for between 100 and 150 signatures
β€ 24" x 36" β for between 150 and 250 signatures
When in doubt, I always suggest going LARGER, rather than smaller. All sizes in inches.

β€ CANVAS β€ Printed on smooth, clay-coated canvas, and gallery-wrapped over a 3/4" deep wood frame. No need to frame, hardware included.
β€ PAPER β€ Printed on heavyweight matte paper using archival-quality inks. Needs to be framed to display.
EMAIL option β Personalized, high-resolution, printer-ready (printable) files via email. International customers can use coupon code PRINTABLEONLY to remove shipping costs from printable orders at checkout.

All frames are solid maple wood and ready to hang.
Choose Natural, Walnut, Espresso, Black, Gray, Rustic White, Gold, Rose Gold, or Silver.
β¨β¨β€ FRAMES for PAPER are 5/8" wide and 1 1/4" deep for all colors except metallics. The metallics are beveled, 1β wide and 7/8β deep. A protective acrylic front is included. For guest books, youβd want to have the print in the frame at your event, but take out the clear front piece until after it's signed.
β¨β€ FRAMES for CANVAS are are 3/8" wide and 1 1/4" deep. There is no glass or acrylic.

I recommend providing your guests with ARCHIVAL-quality pens (such as Sakura/Micron). You should be able to find those at a craft store such as Michaelβs, or on Amazon. I do not recommend Sharpies, or any other non-archival pens, as they may fade over time. Please keep in mind that youβll need a light-colored and/or metallic pen if your signature spots are dark.

β ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS β
We usually ask you to provide your info in the "Personalization" or "Notes" box when placing you order. For PORTRAITS, each design has a unique web link for sending over your photos.
Please scroll through each item's photos and read its DESCRIPTION section for complete ordering info and FAQs.
β CURRENT TIMING β
You can expect emailed proofs (or printable files) within 4β7 business days of your order date for non-portrait orders. Portrait proofs and custom upgrades take 2β3 weeks. For PRINTED items, you'll be asked to approve the design for print (or revise, if needed).
Printing and shipping takes approximately 2β3 weeks from proof approval. For PRINTABLE orders, you will be able to download and print as soon as you're happy with the emailed design.
Allow an additional 1β2 business days per revision (2β3 business days for portrait revisions).
You can normally expect things on the quicker end of the ranges given, but we are not able to provide delivery guarantees on non-rush orders.

Most items in our shop have the option to choose a "printable", or "email file only", if you prefer to print locally. After the 4 hour cancellations window has closed, cancellation & refund requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the complexity of the design, a non-refundable $15β$300 design fee is applicable once the design proof has been started. No orders can be cancelled once approval to print has been given. No exceptions.
